About National Electronics Recycling

OUR MISSION

National Electronics Recycling mission is to protect the public health and the environment from hazardous and toxic materials which can cause an environmental problem if not discarded properly and to provide companies with an economical alternative for the disposal of their retired IT assets.  The average lifespan of a computer is 2 years. When the equipment breaks or becomes obsolete, it is often discarded into the waste stream.  As a result, electronics have become one of the fastest growing “waste streams” or portions of our trash.

NER operates in full compliance with FACTA, GLB-Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, USA Patriot ACR, RCRA and CERCLA (EPA Superfund) and help our Customers remain in compliance all local, state and federal regulations by optimizing our security processes and procedures. NER removes confidential material from the hard drives in conformance with Department of Defense 5220.22-M protocol.  Any hard drive that fails the authentication process is destroyed. A Certificate of De-Manufacturing and Serialized Audit Report with detailed product information including make, model and serial number are provided with every project.

National Electronics Recycling offers complete IT lifecycle management services. We specialize in E-Waste recycling for companies throughout the United States. Our goal is to provide you with the most cost effective method for recycling your retired IT assets and solutions to meet your needs.

We can arrange pickup of equipment from a single pallet to a full truckload. Logistics are arranged based on customer needs to meet individual requirements. Each load of material is weighed, processed and documented. We can also provide a serialized audit for data and hard drive destruction upon request.
